This data set contains the details of all Public Wi-Fi Access point in Fingal County Council Administrative Area.Some of these were install under the European Commission’s WiFi4EU initiative promotes free Wi-Fi connectivity in public spaces across Europe, including parks, squares, public buildings, libraries, health center's, and heritage properties. From 2018 to 2021, the EU allocated approximately €120 million to local governments to support this effort.Fingal County Council received the maximum grant of €60,000, which was matched by the Department of Rural and Community Development, doubling the investment in the County of Fingal public Wi-Fi Network.In collaboration with Magnet  we have over 86 Wi-Fi Hotspots were installed with the public involved in the selection of locations for Wifi4EU.This data set provides a mapping and listing of the followingLocation Name, Location Address : Eircode: Longitude and LatitudeIndoor/Outdoor stat :Location Type.* DISCLAIMER****Public Wi-Fi access points are mapped and are using the best data available to map, some point locations may vary.
