Historic Applications Created 10.31.2022 09:03

Sorry in the comment below I meant to say Clare County Councils Planning Applications only go back to 2012.

Is there any plan to add more historic Planning Applications to the dataset for some of the councils. For example Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council shows Planning Applications going back to 2002 however Clare County Councils Planning Applications only go back to 2018.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the National Planning Application Database data extract process for some Local Authorities - please see notice on the legend of NPAD map viewer: https://housinggovie.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=9cf2a09799d74d8e9316a3d3a4d3a8de    If you need to carry out some validation the ‘Received Date’ and ‘ETL Date’ can be used as indicators - the ‘Received Date’ attribute is a record of the date on which the planning application was received, and is inputted by the relevant local authority as part of its planning function, and the ‘ETL Date’ is appended to the data as part of the extract, transform and load process.    Up-to-date planning application information should still be available locally however through each of the City and County Council’s individual online planning enquiry systems. Please see the Planning Department webpages of the relevant Local Authority website.    We aim to have the issues with the NPAD data extract process resolved as soon as possible and will update the notice on Myplan.ie once full service is restored.

Certain Planning Authorities not remaining up to date Created 06.02.2022 07:06

Hi,  There are a number of planning authorities which haven't had applications added to this dataset since 2020. Is it possible to have this fixed so that all planning authorities are up to date?  The authorities with a max received date of 2020 -> Offaly County Council  Wexford County Council  Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council  Galway City Council  Donegal County Council  Monaghan County Council  Carlow County Council  Kerry County Council    Thanks,

Hi there, letting you know the services have been successfully updated to 'Planning Application Points' and 'Planning Application Sites' without the year reference now. thanks

Feature Service Name Created 05.19.2021 09:07

We were carrying out some changes to the service to reflect the data it contains is now from 2012 as opposed to 2010. A backend process reverted to the previous service name. We will be instigating a final service name change in the next fortnight or so. We will confirm to you when this will happen and what the final name will be. Thanks for your patience with this.

Hi,    There is an issue with feature service name, it is repeatedly being renamed:   - "Planning Application Sites (2010 onwards)" -> "Planning Application Sites (2012 onwards)" -> "Planning Application Sites (2010 onwards)"    is there any chance that name could become static?    Kind Regards.
