Galway County Protected Views. Produced as part of the Galway County Development Plan 2022-2028. See Appendix 4 Landscape Character Assessment and www.galway.ie for further details.   Galway has a significant number of expansive views, many of which are readily recognisable on postcards, brochures and websites. The Schedule of Protected Views and the accompanying map identifies 52 Viewing Points.
