2nd Annual Irish OSGeo Symposium 2018 - 25th May, 2018

The 2nd Annual Irish OSGeo Symposium 2018 is taking place in Portlaoise on Friday 25th May 2018. 

The symposium focuses on the usage, development and  research of open source software and technologies in the geospatial domain in Ireland.  OSGeo is a global community and this Symposium is being organissed by the Irish local chapter. Open source software and associated technologies offer many advantages to SMEs, startups and other small businesses.  The symposium itself will draw delegates from academia, industry, government sector, freelance, and SMEs.
