Our purpose for processing your personal data is to provide you with news in relation to Open Data policy and practice in Ireland. The lawful basis we rely on for the processing is your consent in signing up for the newsletter.

We keep your data for the purpose of sending you our newsletter for as long as you have not withdrawn your consent or objected to such processing of your data.

Where we rely on your consent to our processing your personal data for sending you the newsletter, you have the right to withdraw your consent. If at any point you want to withdraw your consent or object to the processing, you should either follow the link by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button in the email newsletter or send email to opendata@per.gov.ie. If you do that, we will update our records to reflect your wishes.
