Street Furniture Licences 2025 2028 FCC

Street Furniture Licence is required prior to the placement of tables and chairs outside a premises where food is sold. 

In accordance with the Section 254 Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021 (S.I. No. 210 of 2021), which came into force on the 30th April, 2021, all tables and chairs as well as awnings, coverings, canopies, parasols, shades, windbreakers, heaters or other similar structure for the purpose of facilitating outdoor dining must be licensed. 

In order to apply for a Street Furniture License, you must apply for an on-site consultation below. Once this consultation is complete, the 2024 Street Application Form must be filled in and sent to streetfurniture@fingal.ie
