Public Transport Infrastructure Management System PTIMS

PTIMS (Public Transport Information Management System) is the national repository for public transport stop information in the Republic of Ireland. The dataset contains information on all active bus stops, including geographic location data provided in both the Irish Transverse Mercator (ITM) and WGS84 coordinate reference systems. Infrastructure locations are captured with a positional accuracy typically within 1-3 metres. The dataset also includes stop identifiers (ATCO Code and Plate Code) and stop names in both English and Irish.

It contains details on stop infrastructure and amenities. Infrastructure attributes include stop type, shelter provision, Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) facilities, and the presence of passenger amenities and accessibility features such as bins, raised kerbs, and bicycle stands.
