Provenance information The Corine Land Cover inventory is based on satellite images as the primary information source. During the CLC06_IE process, it was found necessary to make revisions to the CLC00_IE database used as the baseline for the interpretation of land cover change. The minimum mapping unit was fixed at 25 hectares. Linear features smaller than 100m wide are not considered and generalised.
