4Dublin Pipeline All

The four local authorities in the Dublin Region (comprising Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Dublin City Council) provide combined quarterly data on new residential planning permissions and housing construction activity.This exercise was originally established by the Dublin Housing Supply & Coordination Task Force under the Construction 2020 Strategy. It is now known as the ‘4DUBLIN Housing Supply Pipeline’. From Q2 2025, the data collection process has been upgraded to a web-based GIS approach with a new schema, resulting in a new feature service. For more infomation on the 4Dublin Returns please see 4Dublin Housing Supply Pipeline
