The flagship National Open Data Conference returns in November 2026 to explore how open data can support a more data-driven, transparent, and digitally enabled Ireland.
The conference will examine the role of open data as critical digital infrastructure that strengthens public trust, supports evidence-based policymaking, underpins the delivery of modern digital public services and holds cross-sectoral potential for innovation across research, industry, policy contexts and beyond.
Building on opportunities presented by emerging technologies like AI, developments in the European digital policy landscape and the forthcoming Public Service Data Strategy, the conference will bring together a wide range of stakeholders from across public and private sectors to showcase the impact of open data, catalyse key conversations, and demonstrate practical case studies.
The event registration page will be shared with relevant networks and an online access link will be available on this page soon.
The Open Data Team values your feedback, questions or comments. We are always delighted to hear from you.
