This dataset includes all Completed Sites from Q1 2023 and all returns from Q2 2025.The four local authorities in the Dublin Region (comprising Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Dublin City Council) provide combined quarterly data on new residential planning permissions and housing construction activity.

This exercise was originally established by the Dublin Housing Supply & Coordination Task Force under the Construction 2020 Strategy. It is now known as the ‘4DUBLIN Housing Supply Pipeline’. 

Polygons derived from National Planning Application Database (NPAD), An Coimisiún Pleanála (ACP) and manual digitizing. This dataset includes all 4Dublin Housing Supply Data as polygons with all Completed sites from Q1 2023 and all returns from Q2 2025.
