OSI Maps

It would be incredibly useful to have access to the OSI maps that are created but unfortunately hidden behind a paywall. Osi are charging fees from 17k a year and above for access to these maps and there does not seem to be a fair usage policy or scaling cost. Many other countries such as the UK have made their geographical maps available for free while OSi makes outdated feature layers.
