Speed limits

I would love to have a list of all the streets/roads/etc in the Dublin City Council area, and their speed limits. I see that other councils have this data up on data.gov.ie -- Wicklow, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, for example. I understand that Dublin City Council has this data on an internal GIS system. But what it has published publically on its website is a pdf map with big patches of colour covering parts of it, and lines running through, which is just not accurate enough for our use.

Potential Use

Through the website collisiontracker.ie, we collect reports of cycling collisions and injuries. We are journalists and want to cross-match these against the speed limits, and write an article about the findings.
