Provenance information | GPS co-ordinates were taken at each sampling site. These were then digitised with the assitance of aerial photograpghy to minimise accuracy errors. The Geochemical results for this dataset can be obtained from the SAFER website http://erc.epa.ie/safer/ Or follow this link: http://erc.epa.ie/safer/dataAndResources/browsePubliclyAvailableResourcesByTheme.jsp and select ‘Land-use, soils and transport’ from the dropdown menu.
