Generalised Zoning Types developed for the MyPlan project. This represents a consistent zoning scheme across all local authorities, and complements (rather than replaces) the existing statutory zoning used for each individual plan. MyPlan is a a free and easy to use public information system about the development plan or local area plan in your local area. GZTZ data layers include Current Development Plans, Current Local Area Plans, Other Current Plans and Expired Plans.
