The Events data set consists of a collection of Events that have registered with Fáilte Ireland to to be listed on discoverireland.ie and visitdublin.com . Fáilte Ireland provide this data as part of their Open Data and Open Data Plus APIs.

  • The Open Data API is free to use but has some usage limitations

  • The Open Data Plus API is also free to use and has no limitations but you must subscribe to use it. More details on the limitations and how to subscribe can be found here https://failteireland.developer.azure-api.net/products

  • The CSV file contains special characters and is UTF-8 encoded.
