The https://www.met.ie/latest-reports/observations/yesterday table, but for all time. The readings broken down by different set times during the day would also be helpful, but that may be an ask too far. Essentially, the "yesterdays" table on a csv for every day going back ten years, updated daily.

Potential Use

The idea is a single source which can be downloaded daily which can be used to compare to activity on the water network. Temperature variations and rainfall have effects on the water network. We're trying to assess that level of effect and (perhaps) build a tool to allow for a degree of prediction/expectation
