This dataset provides a structured and machine-readable register of all companies recorded by the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland. It includes a daily snapshot of company records, covering both currently registered companies and historical records of dissolved or closed entities. The dataset aligns with the European Union’s Open Data Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1024) and the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/138, which designates company and company ownership data as a high-value dataset.
