Provenance information 1. Filenames: Subglacial_Lineation.shp Date (12/11/2013) Originator -Quaternary & Geotechnical Section, Geological Survey of Ireland Nature of change/update to data - There is an ongoing programme of digitizing all archival Quaternary data held by the GSI. Methodology - The Sub Glacial features have been compiled from a variety of sources, including academic papers, and the feature outlines were then drawn on OSi Colour Aerial Photography. The original feature classes were merged into single subset called Subglacial Lineation from Drumlins, Crag and Tail, Streamlined Bedrock and Mega Scale Glacial Lineation.
